Mehak Khurshied is a writer from Poonch, Jammu and Kashmir. For her, writing is a constant dissipation of self, and her work centers around, but is not limited to, the themes of the ever-altering nature of identity, bittersweet nostalgia, and grief. She is powered almost entirely by misplaced humour, hot/cold beverages, and eating oranges in the winter sun.
